File Format

All files are delivered in the PDF file format and can be viewed using the free Adobe Acrobat viewer or equivalent third-party PDF file viewer. If you do not have a PDF file viewer, you can download Adobe Acrobat using the link below. Note: This link will open in a new tab.

Downloading the File

Upon clicking the download link found on the purchase confirmation web page or email, most browsers will automatically download the PDF file to the Downloads folder on your device. Depending on the browser configuration, some users may see a prompt requesting a specific location in your directory structure at which to store the downloaded file.

In some cases the PDF file may open for viewing instead of downloading directly to your device. If this occurs you can manually save the file to your device using the Save function in the Adobe Acrobat reader or other compatible PDF file viewer application.

File Will Not Download

If the file does not download when the link is clicked, the link may have expired. Expired links can be the result of more clicks than allowed by our link security settings, or as the result of the amount of time elapsed since the link was created and delivered.

If you are having difficulty downloading your file, please get in touch with our support team using the Contact Us page. Select the Purchase and Download Help option in the Message Subject area, then use the Message Details field to provide information on the trouble you are experiencing.
