Payment Processing
All of our payment processing is handled by PayPal.
If a credit or debit card was used, the charge will post directly to the card account used. If you made a purchase using funds from PayPal, the charge will post to your PayPal account.
Opening a Billing Inquiry
Please contact us immediately if you have questions on a transaction involving our organization or product.
You can get in touch with our billing team using the Contact Us page. Select the Billing Inquiry option in the Message Subject area, then use the Message Details field to provide specific information on the charge in question. Be sure to include any order number, transaction ID or other reference numbers associated with with the charge.
Our billing team will work quickly to resolve the matter.
